Board of the John Nurminen Foundation
The Foundation is supervised by a Board comprising eight members who represent a wide range of knowledge related to science, society and finance. The Board convenes approximately seven times annually and backs the Foundation's cultural work and Baltic Sea activities. The Board of the John Nurminen Foundation, or a body authorised by it, makes further decisions regarding how the assets allocated to the Fund are used. The Board determines the Fund’s projects, sets their goals and monitors their implementation on a regular basis.
