The pictures in the image bank are available for the media and our cooperation partners in connection with articles on the Clean Baltic Sea project and the John Nurminen Foundation.The name and source of the photographer must always be mentioned with the photo: John Nurminen Foundation, Clean Baltic Sea project.The use of the photos for commercial purposes is not allowed. The photographer is entitled to demand compensation ex post facto for misuse of the photos.

Photography comes within the scope of the Copyright Act in Finland. The Copyright Act confers the originator of creative work the sole right to determine how the results of his or her work are used. The photographer is in practice the owner of his or her photos and only grants customers the right to use the photos.
